How is the system assembled?

Our popular modular aluminum design is assembled by 1-2 people from the ground up in less 15-20 minutes depending on the size of box and working conditions. The 2’ high aluminum panels are designed with a tongue and groove extrusion which allows for easy assembly and stacking. All panels, verticals or corner posts and spreaders and connected together using the gravity locking pins. When the box is assemble to full high the protective hard where is complete with D-Ring allow you to attach a 4 legged nylon bridle or chain for lifting.

Can my Rubber Tire Backhoe or Mini Excavator lift an Icon-O-Lite aluminum box?

Yes, the typical Icon-O-Lite Aluminum Box weighs 60% less than a comparable steel shoring box.

Are your Panels Foam Filled?

NO, our high grade aluminum extruded panels are not foam filled like our competitors. Cleaning is made easy with our open “end to end” extrusions. Competitors use foam fillers in the panels which can take on additional dirt and cause water logging overtime which will add weight to your system.

What makes up the Icon-O-Lite aluminum system?

The Icon-O-Lite system is vastly purchased in our popular modular aluminum design which consists of 2’ high aluminum panels (ranging in length from 3’ to 16’ long), 4’ or 6’ high vertical or corner posts and adjustable tube spreaders, optional pulling bar, hardened aluminum gravity locking pins and protective hardware etc.

Can you customize the Icon-O-Lite System?

Icon Equipment Distributors Inc. as the manufacturer can and made customizations in the past to the length of our panels if needed to fit a certain size structures or fit into certain tight areas. Additional fees may apply.
